Step 3 - Review/check what's in your shopping basket and amend as/if required (You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the icon in the window on the right hand side of the main screen). To remove a product - simply press the "red cross" to the right of the item(s) you don't want to purchase.

Step 4 - Click on the gift wrapping option , if you want a particular item gift wrapped prior to shipping.

Step 5 - When you have finished shopping and are ready to check-out, click on the "Purchase" button to purchase what is in your virtual shopping basket.

Step 6 - Confirm the country to which you would like your order shipped, along with your e-mail address. This enables us to determine whether we need to calculate the shipping costs for you (ie. if you want your order mailed to a non UK mainland address).

For UK mainland deliveries

Step 7 - Choose your method of payment (Pounds Sterling Cheque/Postal Order/Cash or PayPal), and follow the instructions on screen.

Step 8 - You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order (including an order reference number), and upon receipt of payment we will ship the goods as instructed (see our Terms of Business for more details).

For international deliveries

Step 7 - Complete your delivery details on-line and wait for us to contact you with the exact shipping costs for your order.

Step 8 - When we have calculated the shipping costs for your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a "Web-link" to enable you to return you to our website so you can complete the check-out process easily and quickly.

Step 9 - Return to our website and choose your method of payment (Pounds Sterling Cheque/Postal Order/Cash or PayPal), and follow the instructions on screen.

Step 10 - You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order and upon receipt of payment we will ship the goods as instructed (see our Terms of Business for more details).
